Signature retreat experience
MIDlife Swagger is an experiential session for women who are ready to dream beyond what looks practical, understand why expansion can feel threatening, and practice claiming what comes next.

The premise
What if the life that seems realistic is simply the life you have been willing to imagine so far?
Midlife can sharpen desire—and immediately summon the internal brakes. I’d love to, but. At my age. That’s not practical. Who am I to want that?
Jennifer helps women understand the protective nervous-system responses underneath hesitation, perfectionism, and self-editing. This isn’t “just believe in yourself.” It is a grounded way to recognize what is happening in the body when visibility, change, or wanting more starts to feel unsafe—and to build capacity for the next honest move.
The live arc
Storytelling, nervous-system teaching, coaching, reflection, and literal voice work turn a familiar empowerment conversation into something participants can feel in real time.
Imagine without immediately shrinking the desire to fit a known plan.
Notice the “but,” the laugh, the apology, and the practical story that arrives too soon.
Use breath, body, resonance, and volume to take up real acoustic space.
Leave with a wider field of possibility and one next move that belongs to you.

Signature activation
Women identify something they have been minimizing or talking themselves out of, then practice claiming it at full volume. The giggle, the tiny voice, the tears, the roar—every response reveals where the brakes actually live.
Formats
